As a seminar manager*in, you support our customers in the selection and organization of training courses that suit them. Yours? Come to the team! You advise our participants both professionally and organizationally with regard to our seminars and acquire new customers with responsibility. You are responsible for the seminar management - the coordination of lecturers, appointments and venues. You are constantly improving our services taking into account and evaluating the customer feedback. You are responsible for complaint management including the introduction of corrective measures in the context of our quality management process. You participate in the annual sales and event planning, are responsible for the regular controlling of sales and the return of the associated product lines and work with the marketing managers. You work on business and product development in thematic groups as well as marketing and sales strategies.

Higher education or comparable qualification Experience in the education sector, in the seminar and Event management and development of educational products Experience in customer support and a high level of service orientation Entrepreneurial thinking, quality and cost awareness Consulting and communication skills Good MS-Office knowledge, very good German knowledge in word and writing
