IT Demand & Project Manager Portfolio & Investment Management (m/f/d)

You act as a central interface between departments and IT and translates technical requirements into sustainable IT solutions You are responsible for the (IT) requirement management for investment planning, portfolio management and adjacent processes and accompany the entire lifecycle from idea to productive transition You will become an expert: in the processes you are advising and you will advise the departments, identify Pain Points in the operational processes and develop digital process solutions together with them and your team team: You support the creation and refine strategic and innovative concepts, guide projects and manage their planning and control (capacities, time, quality, budget, cost controlling) You use your project management tool case for planning, control, risk management, stakeholder management and coordination of internal and external implementation partners You prepare workshops and status meetings, perform them and moderate them confidently – from operational level to management You ensure clear, address-oriented communication with all stakeholders and ensure transparency during the project

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in request or process management or have worked as a key user in an IT-driven organisation – ideally with regard to investment management You have experience in implementing IT solutions, preferably in the SAP environment or in modern technology stacks (e.g. BTP, Datasphere, Azure/Databricks or in the SAP modules PM, EPPM, MM, RE-FX, etc.) You bring profound experience in the design, planning and management of complex projects with You can safely compete with different stakeholders – from operational staff to management You are team-oriented and enjoy developing sustainable solutions together with other disciplines and IT colleagues
