To support our center management, we are looking for a Deputy Technical Manager / stellv. in full time. Technical Manager support and cooperation with the entire Center Management Team Ensuring and monitoring of technical and infrastructural building management in accordance with applicable rules assignment, coordination and control of external service providers (e.g. cleaning, security, technical services) Implementation of optimization measures in technical building management Maintenance and maintenance of property under economic and sustainable aspects Support for budget planning and monitoring of maintenance and investment measures Compliance with Group-wide safety standards Contact person for tenants, authorities and external partners

Ideally (special)higher education in the field of engineering, facility management, business management or a comparable degree course Alternatively: successful completion to the master or state-tested technicians in the fields of electrical engineering, HKLS, supply technology or refrigeration technology Ideal professional experience in a similar position Safe handling of Microsoft 365 applications Communication skills, persuasiveness and enforcement Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as independent and structured working methods
