You shape the product strategy and roadmap of the company's internal partner program for agencies, freelancers and web designers, a central application for more than 20,000 international agency, channel, ISV and consulting partners:inside You conduct our agile software development team in a disciplined and professional manner You continue to develop the team while you are responsible for the members You actively support the team with a Hands-On-Mindset to solve technical and organizational challenges You work closely with stakeholders, product management and sales to create sustainable structures and solutions You take responsibility for projects and products and ensure a smooth transition from responsibilities

You have multi-year leadership experience, ideally from agile teams You have a well-founded knowledge of software development and the development of applications You have a strong understanding of project and product management as well as the ability to take responsibility and delegate You communicate openly and honestly to create a supportive environment for the team You show team spirit and supremeness that become visible through an active experience of a positive working atmosphere You are resilient and confident with challenges, coupled with the ability to build stable relationships with stakeholders
