You form the central interface between disposition and loading team and ensure that planning and spontaneous requirements are interlocking smoothly You also collect freight papers and documents, check all legal requirements and ensure compliance with our loading regulations You independently take over the final collection of the forwarding orders and ensure complete documentation in the system Furthermore, you manufacture national and international trucks and ensure that all relevant information is transmitted correctly to the relevant branches You carefully maintain all customs data and always have the customer data in mind from the first input to the final control

Ideally, you have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or professional experience in the above-mentioned task area You approach new tasks openly and motivately and actively engage in the diverse activities of copying You like to make decisions, edit broadcast orders structured and keep an overview even in work-intensive situations Your position clearly and objectively, openly communicate and exchange with your fellow human beings You convince by communication strength and team spirit and are ready to work in the shift service between 07:00 and 23:00 You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2 level) communicate safely with international partners with good English skills
