The areas of occupational health and safety are anchored in the Department of Health and Safety. The area of responsibility includes the strategic orientation of occupational safety and company safety as well as health management, including the provision of occupational health services according to DGUV Regulation 2, social consultation and the coordination and further development of existing management systems of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. Supporting the work security culture project, including creation of films, scheduling, monitoring and acquisition of independent subtasks. Takeover of tasks from the field of occupational safety, such as topic research, communication planning incl. Write texts and SharePoint pages Care, appointment organization, incl. invitation management and evaluations. Performance of a contribution to the maintenance of staff. Support in implementing actions and campaigns under the project.

Continuous studies in the field of project management/economy or a comparable field of study. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. A customer-oriented thinking and working. Safe handling of the common Office 365 applications. Curiosity and flexibility to participate in various topics. A high level of initiative, team capability and reliability. A period of use of at least 6 or 12 months, extension possible after consultation.

We support the compatibility with the study by flexible working hours and a number of fixed dates. Working time is max. 20 hours/week, during the semester holidays max. 37 hours/week.
