Development and implementation of the SEA and Search Strategy with focus on visibility, performance and growth, as well as observation and assessment of current developments in the search environment Planning, control and optimization of Google Ads campaigns along the customer journey Responsibility for SEA budgets as well as continuous optimization of performance and efficiency based on corporate KPIs and economic objectives Analysis of data, search behaviour, market trends and competitive developments to identify relevant potentials Development, implementation and evaluation of tests (including ads, creatives and landing pages) as well as deriving concrete optimization measures Working with SEO, social media, content, media and sales for an integrated marketing strategy and cross-channel customer journey Control of SEA agencies and external partners:inside as well as further development of tracking, attribution and measurability

Complete studies in marketing or business or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in SEA or performance marketing with focus on Search Funded knowledge of Google Ads as well as a strong understanding of search and performance mechanics Secure handling of CPIs such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS and Customer Value Understanding the interaction of SEA, SEO, social media, content and other media channels Experience with tracking, web analysis and attribution as well as a pronounced analytical understanding Structured, independent and pragmatic way of working and enjoying data-based decisions
