The building office of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden is looking for Head of property Heating - Air conditioning (HLS) (w/m/d) The Building Office is responsible for new construction projects and construction entertainment activities at urban real estates – from schools and daycare centers to sports facilities to cultural and leisure facilities. You run the subject “HLS-Technik 2” with currently nine employees of the technical building equipment department. The focus of the activity is the technical assistance of new construction, renovation and construction maintenance measures, in particular in the field of drinking water hygiene.

Management of the subject area in technical, human and organizational terms Planning and controlling tasks, resources and external service providers as well as developing and controlling work processes Creating engineering and project management services in the field of technical building equipment Ensure the economic, timely and qualitative implementation of construction and construction maintenance projects Development and implementation of fire protection and safety measures at HLS plants Advising cooperation partners in internal planning concepts across the HLS systems Ensure all system- and safety-relevant processes within the framework of construction maintenance and project management Leading project and object documentation as well as official reporting Representation of the subject to bodies, authorities and institutions Maintaining special tasks in senior working groups

Completed engineering studies (mind. Dipl.-FH/Bachelor) which qualify for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment, building technology, energy and building technology or a comparable field of expertise Long-term professional experience with reference to the above-mentioned tasks is advantageous Experience in object management and professional project management is advantageous Experience in personnel management is advantageous Impressed social and leadership skills, identification with the urban leadership principles Organisational capacity and enforcement capacity as well as communication, planning and team capacity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving permit for driving a car
