In fact, you support us in the daily tour creation for the final customer delivery. You are responsible for the pre- and follow-up of the tours and are always looking for optimization options. You are the competent contact person for our driving staff and our subcontractors. By taking the time and quality monitoring as well as the commercial office activities, you will ensure a smooth process. You are also responsible for controlling the vehicles and are the interface between customer service and driving personnel.

Your basis is a successful commercial training, ideally a merchant for forwarding and logistics services. Finded professional experience as a disponent is desirable. You have good regional and geographic knowledge and are safe to handle MS Office. In addition, you bring a high customer and service orientation and keep an overview even in turbulent times. Last but not least, you are ready to work in the changing shift service (spring and late shifts between 06:00 and 18:00).
