We market generics, prescription original and OTC products in 14 countries. With this we have established ourselves as a fixed size in the pharmaceutical market. In order to support our Tender Management department, we are looking for one at the closest possible time at the Berlin site: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Control and coordination of the entire national procurement process in the field of pharmaceutical/health care – from initial analysis to final delivery Careful analysis of tender documents and assessment of conditions of participation, award criteria and economic opportunities Conception, calculation and timely submission of competitive offers in close cooperation with sales, marketing, production, supply chain and legal Development of tailor-made supply strategies, optimally take into account pricing, margin targets, market requirements and competitive situation Conducting structured risk analyses including deriving clear recommendations for action for the Management Board Active establishment and maintenance of relevant contacts to award agencies, authorities and strategic cooperation partners to strengthen our market presence Continuous monitoring and reporting of all tendering activities and identification of optimization potentials across the entire Tender cycle Technical support and training of colleagues to strengthen internal know-how in the Tender process. Complete study of the business economy, health economy, pharmacy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Tender Management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical environment; also experience from the health insurance environment (e.g. contracting, tendering, refund processes) is expressly welcomed Very good knowledge in tendering and awarding processes (national & international) and in contracting Expressed analytical and strategic capabilities, in particular in terms of pricing and competitive assessment Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with Tender Management tools or ERP systems of advantage High communication and negotiation strength and service orientation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation German and English knowledge in word and writing
