You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect or a sound engineering training You bring appropriate multiannual professional experience as building or project manager in the building and ideally in stock You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of call, execution planning, contracting and construction You are safe in the application of the VOB You are strong in communication, bringing a structured and independent way of working and first leadership experience with You ideally have English skills
