As part of a project for characterization and market-oriented further development of VHH antibodies directed against plasminogen/plasmamin (nanobodies). The aim is the preclinical validation of novel nanobodies with antifibrinolytic or profibrinolytic action for the targeted modulation of fibrinolysis. The nanobodies are to be evaluated with regard to their therapeutic applicability and converted into a translational development concept.
