You identify and examine legal issues for the real estate financing sector, create and examine the relevant contracts, in particular for large-scale customer, leased housing and standard business You give legal advice, develop solutions and weigh alternatives You control external law firms, work in projects with or manage them and carry out training on legal topics for the field Another area of responsibility is the analysis and assessment of the specific case-law and legislation and regulatory requirements You conduct contract negotiations and enforce rights and claims both by court and by court

Full lawyer / Syndikusanwalt with multi-year professional experience and special focus on real estate topics Funded knowledge of bank and credit law including credit collateral and insolvency law Elastic, co-operative team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to process and communicate complex issues in a manner that is addressable and to develop practical solutions Good German and English in Word and Scripture
