The Bau & Immobilien department offers a large portfolio of services throughout the federal territory: construction-accompanying real estate checks for private or industrial buildings, damage assessments, valuations of real estate, construction checks of structures and engineering buildings, and technical due diligence. We are also in contact with the topic of energy: from the energy pass to energy consulting for buildings to energy audits for companies.

You take over building-accompanying real estate checks and the examination of existing buildings with a focus on housing and commercial construction, with you also accompanying the acceptance You evaluate the technical performance quality, especially with regard to the contractually agreed nature and the generally accepted rules of the technology. With your expertise, you take over the technical and professional management of visits on site As part of claims and insurance reports for commercial and private customers, you document and assess building damage and determine the cause of damage - taking into account the contractual requirements, recognised rules of technology and insurance conditions You carry out evidence (building state documentation) and expert findings, determine the amount of damage, clarify claims and costs to remedy damage in case of property and liability damages You shall draw up technical opinions or opinions (participants) which are transparent and meaningful to all interested parties.

Academic university degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering (high construction) or a comparable discipline, ideally with a recognition as a civil expert or the willingness to obtain them with us Multiannual professional experience in the planning and execution of construction plants (turnkey construction and civil engineering), preferably in housing and commercial construction Very good knowledge of tendering, construction management and contract law Knowledge of construction, building materials and building physics, fire protection and sound protection as well as standards and regulations Safe handling of modern IT and IT Expressive strength to create meaningful and precise documentation and reports Class B driving licence
