In your role, you advise in the field of facility management and take over the cross-border coordination in work, fire and environmental protection and are responsible for regulatory approval and reporting procedures. In doing so, you will contact the authorities as well as leading and creating required catastrophes. You identify operator obligations and ensure legal compliance for transferred operator obligations. Take responsibility for medium-complex assets and budgets. You take care of the coordination of the maintenance of buildings and installations and the management of internal and external surfaces and apply the essential regulations, Gefma 100, DIN 276 Gefma 190. You are the first contact person*in for the customer on all questions about building use. You collect energy and consumption values and report disturbances for evaluation, analysis and evaluation.

You have completed a university degree or an engineering degree or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in facility management, especially in technical building equipment, will help you. Rules like GEFMA, VDMA, AMEV, Baurecht and VOL/VOB and HOAI are familiar to you. You are experienced in project management and coordination of several trades. You also have knowledge of occupational safety and accident prevention. Your profile is rounded off by team skills, customer orientation, flexibility, high commitment and responsibility awareness.
