The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. Comprehensive care support: You carry out basic nursing activities in the context of comprehensive basic gerontopsychiatric care and accompany the holistic care process to ensure the well-being of our patients. Careful documentation: You document all care measures carried out conscientiously and collect relevant risk scales to ensure safe and transparent care. Therapeutic cooperation: You actively support and design group offerings, working interdisciplinary with other therapeutic professional groups – creative, structured and solution-oriented. Empathic care: You take over the holistic care of the patients as well as their relatives and are at their side with sensitivity and professional competence.

You have a completed 1-year vocational training as a nursing assistant. You work independently and conscientiously and always focus on the needs of patients. You are characterized by communication strength and sensitivity in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues. You bring a high level of teamwork, work reliably and responsibly in the interdisciplinary environment. You regularly reflect your own actions and continue to develop professionally and personally.
