Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in electrical engineering Analysis and sustainable lifting of disruptions to automated production and packaging systems Active participation and control KVP/TPM: Identify improvements, implement measures, create and maintain standards Ensuring maintenance, maintenance and repair work on machines, plants and control cabinets – including work releases, LOTO, proof of effectiveness Support/testing of sensors/actuators, drive technology (FU/Servo) and safety devices (emergency stop, safety door) Participation in the standardization: programming/diagnosis standards (e.g. TIA/WinCC concept), HMI alarm concept, spare parts/component standards, clean labeling/switching plan discipline Participation/direction of commissioning, remodeling, retrofits and technical projects (line adjustments, timing/quality optimization, OEE improvements) Documentation: Software stand/changes, test logs, releases, acceptances (FAT/SAT) – audit-proof and comprehensible leadership and development of the team, instruction, service provider control and audit management, coaching, clear responsibilities
Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering/automation with further education (technician/master) or completed studies - automation reference desirable Very good knowledge of electrical engineering, drive technology, sensor technology/actuators, control cabinet technology, troubleshooting & commissioning SPS/Automation: Understanding Siemens S7/TIA (Diagnosis/Basic Knowledge), HMI/SCADA Basic Understanding; Programming practice of advantage Documentation and change discipline (software stands, test logs, change service) Experiences in the food/process industry (hygiene, foreign body prevention, auditability according to IFS/BRCGS/HACCP) Intermediate voltage (1–36 kV) or readiness for training VEFK experience or clear suitability/promotion for takeover (DIN VDE 1000‐10)
