Complete study of social work, social education, psychology or a comparable course of study Knowledge and experience in the field of addiction assistance, ideally addiction self-help and volunteering Interest in digitalisation and skills related to social media/new communication channels Good knowledge of MS Office Experience in project development and project management Joy of concept development and evaluation Embossed communication, cooperation and networkability Self-initiative, creativity and organizational talent as well as the joy of making changes Safe appearance and experience in moderation, presentation or presentation readiness to travel and weekend work (approx. 2–4 weekends a year) Conformity with the objectives and values of the Caritas
