Ensuring a timely and quality-oriented execution of core processes along the entire order processing process in the EMEA network Processing of incoming service requests for order processing for the distribution center Central contact person for internal and external interfaces (distribution companies, business units and forwarders) Analysis of data and preparation and evaluation of reports and key figures Active cooperation in the high-performance team as well as participation in team-wide process initiatives Support and co-design of the continuous improvement process

Successfully completed, at least 3 years of commercial training Ideally first professional experience in customer service Very safe handling of company-wide IT systems Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Good English knowledge of word and writing Practical experience in the application of Lean methods
