Own and full customer support as part of a fund-based, digital asset management Building long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular information exchange Intensive customer support through the dynamic phases of the capital market Cross-departmental cooperation and optimization of existing processes and implementation of ideas with a view to customer satisfaction Administrative support in all issues arising within the customer relationship
