Responsibility for the strategic and technical purchasing of building materials as well as commercial, utility and consumables Negotiation with suppliers to optimise prices, conditions and stock Analysis and control of stocks to reduce capital retention and ensure availability of goods Support for sales in larger customer orders, including independent negotiation Market and price monitoring for early identification of savings and optimization potentials Care and further development of supplier relationships as well as close cooperation with sales, storage and accounting

Completed study or completed commercial or technical training Ideally industry knowledge in the building or building material environment Experience in purchasing (technical, strategic or project purchase) High team capability and communication strength Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation security as well as analytical strength, combined with creative solutions Enthusiasm and Hands‐on-Mentiality
