They are responsible for the cost group 400 for our demanding turnkey construction projects (e.g. schools, kindergartens, office and administration buildings as well as health buildings) in a modular design and support the sales colleagues in our branches as well as our project purchase. They analyze and evaluate tender documents, develop innovative technical solutions and, if necessary, also special proposals. Inquiries with engineering offices and after-contractors control you and monitor on-time work. You are responsible for the examination of the offers for completeness and cost-effectiveness and you are involved in awards. They maintain regular contact with our subcontractors, manufacturers and specialist planners and continue to expand our existing network.

You have completed your studies with the field of utility or building technology or alternatively bring your technician/master in the same field. They bring comprehensive experience in building technology and are versed in the areas of cost calculation, planning and consulting. They are safe in the application of Excel, are familiar with the further applications of MS-Office as well as AVA applications and have very good German knowledge in word and font. Conceptual thinking, cost-consciousness, a structured and independent way of working and team skills are what you distinguish. Your profile is rounded off by your communication skills and persuasiveness in interaction with the different project participants. The office can be in our headquarters in knowledge or after incorporation in our locations in Düsseldorf or Olpe.
