Senior Consumer Lending Digital Sales & Product Manager – Retail Banking (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic product management of our credit products and, in particular, have the volume and margin optimization as well as sales safely in your hands. To do this, you will develop innovative concepts for product development on the market, answer, tax and conduct projects for further development in a sovereign manner and develop sophisticated sales strategies. Our business, volume and earnings goals are planned and monitored in a targeted manner: You prepare price, profitability and business-case calculations and tune them with the relevant stakeholders. You use your analytical know-how in a targeted manner: you will automatically start regular reporting and monitoring on product performance and independently evaluate ad hoc analyses. Certainly, you define marketing strategies and implement the content directly in dedicated technical systems. With your creative energy, you define measures to intensify customer loyalty and cross-selling opportunities. Of course, you will keep markets and competition in mind at all times, recognize potentials and opportunities and use your knowledge to optimize existing sales processes. You can also manage partnership management in direct contact with relevant German comparison portals. Teamwork is an important success factor for you: You work with in- & external interfaces, for example with finance, marketing units, service and risk. With your work instructions, guidelines and instructions, you create orientation and make sure that your colleagues are reliably informed and involved.

Studies in economics, finance, mathematics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in product and price management as well as know-how in banking products and financial services such as securities, real estate financing, current accounts and consumer credits Fit in MS Excel, PowerPoint and analytical systems such as Python, SAS, R and/or dashboard systems Looker, Cognos Talent for product marketing and product management Data and payaffin Conceptual thinking and outcome-oriented action Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions German and English flowing in word and writing
