As an experienced quality engineer, you take responsibility for the processes for quality assurance in the area of the reduction and sintering of high-performance materials. Preparation of test plans and processing of quality reports and special releases
Analysis of process and test data as well as bad quantity bookings and derivation of corrective measures for continuous quality improvement
Close cooperation with production, process optimization and R&E in projects to optimize production processes and introduce new products
Implementation of Gemba-Walks and training of employees:inside
Daily presence at the Shopfloor for direct support of production
Complete technical or scientific studies with multiannual relevant professional experience or alternatively a comparable technical training with long-term practice in quality, ideally in an international industrial company
Knowledge of quality methods and tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa) and experience in handling SAP QM modules
Structured and consistent action within the meaning of the PDCA cycle
Team-oriented personality with professional friendly communication style
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
