Team leader for daily newspaper delivery (m/f/d)

You will ensure a smooth and high-quality delivery of the Ruhr News. You take over the management, disposition and control of the assignees (m/w/d) in your area of responsibility. In addition to preparing and posting the monthly wage billing, you are also responsible for setting and instructing new employees (m/w/d). As part of your tasks, you will process complaint cases and are responsible for their clarification. The analysis of monthly reports and key figures regarding quantitative and qualitative targets completes your task.

A completed vocational training is desirable, but not everything! Much more important is that you fit us. You already have leadership experience and have a natural way of dealing with people. Self-employed and goal-oriented work distinguishes you. You bring knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Word. You are an organizational and improvisational talent!
