Brand Strategy and Awareness: You actively shape the global employer brand strategy, taking into account business trends, trends in the labour market and skills needs. Content implementation and visibility: You develop and publish content for our career website (FirstSpirit), the Intranet and other channels – always along our employer positioning (EPP). In doing so, you bring your ideas into the further development of these formats. Stakeholder management and interface work: In close cooperation with colleagues from Recruiting, HR Business Advisory, Corporate Communication and IT, you implement content projects and identify relevant touchpoints.
