Employee (f|m|d) Academy Service

The IHK Akademie Schwaben is among the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce, one of the largest providers of professional training with a focus on adult education. A comprehensive training programme is offered in the fields of technology and business. The aim is to provide companies and their employees with practical, local and comprehensive training opportunities. For our teams in Augsburg, we are looking for a full time (5 days, flexible distribution from Monday to Saturday) as of 1 September 2025 (w|m|d)

You are responsible for organizing and preparing various events (e.g. media technology, equipment, hosting and required materials). You are the contact person for participants, lecturers and external service providers and also pay attention to the examination of the course assignment and spatial planning. You are responsible for regular inventory checks of the materials and order missing documents in time. You take care of driving and transport services to outsourced classrooms. You conduct the coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work of external service providers. You undertake the execution of light maintenance work on and in the building (e.g. smaller maintenance on doors, windows and heaters, maintenance of the outdoor area and independent execution of simple painting work).

Complete vocational training or distinct craft skills Experience in carrying out small repairs and maintenance work Basic knowledge and routined handling of MS Office Friendly appearance and good communication skills in dealing with different groups of people Self-employed and targeted working methods as well as time flexibility and reliability Driving licence (class B)
