The Mülheimer Senior Services gGmbH is one of the largest providers of integrated services in Mülheim an der Ruhr with three fully-stationary senior institutions, three day care facilities, an outpatient care service and offers of the cared for housing. As a 100% subsidiary of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, the company employs around 460 employees and generated annual sales of more than 31 million euros in 2025. The Haus Auf dem Bruch in the Dümpten district offers around 130 residents a home and has been firmly rooted in the district for many years. The comprehensively modernized and expanded facility between 2016 and 2019 is quiet and in the green, characterized by a family atmosphere and a close connection to the people and communities in the quarter. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a care service (w/m/d) in Mülheim an der Ruhr at the next possible time

You take responsibility for the care and organisational stability of the house on break and ensure reliable and quality-oriented care. You ensure a high level of care quality as well as residents and family satisfaction and ensure the implementation of legal, professional and quality-relevant requirements including reliable documentation and care organisation. You continuously develop the existing structures and processes and thus strengthen the quality, safety and efficiency of the facility. You work closely and trustfully with the management, the residential areas and other internal interfaces and take on a visible and orientation-giving leadership role in daily cooperation. You lead and develop the executives and employees in your area of responsibility, create clear structures and promote a value-adding, sustainable management culture that is characterised by commitment, good cooperation and mutual support.

With your qualification for care management, you have the necessary technical basis to take care and organizational responsibility for setting up this order of magnitude. You have multi-year leadership experience in old aid and understand how to guide employees and continuously develop them. A good feeling for structures and processes is just as good as the ability to continuously develop care processes and quality standards and actively shape the strategic development of the facility. As an experienced and sovereign leader, you will be present, approachable and binding and will have a look at the concerns of the employees as well as the residents. You convince by a clear attitude, a high quality awareness and a value-adding leadership style, with which you give orientation, promote responsibility and advance as a model.
