You take care of professional basic and treatment care You plan, perform, document and review the care individually according to the needs of the residents You have an open ear for wishes and complaints and find good solutions together with the residents, residents and relatives You make sure that drugs, dressing materials and care aids are always available in sufficient quantity You support new colleagues, trainees and interns to get into the team
