Own building management and responsible handling of construction projects in road construction in the district of Leipzig Participation in supply processing, costing and preparation of works Regular information and coordination with the group or area management in all essential technical and personal tasks or Problems Creating the work costing for the construction project Cost-optimal and timely procurement of the required equipment, machines and materials lt. Group Directives Coordination and monitoring of operations of specialist engineers, specialist advisers, personnel and after-sales Control of the construction process and implementation of construction site results controls Accounting with EDV software Check the invoices of suppliers/subcontractors Self-consultation/consultation with the client in matters of construction

Completed studies in civil engineering or completed engineering training Experience in comparable tasks of advantage User knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Secure MS Office Knowledge Self-employed, committed and motivated work Negotiating skills and enforcement German knowledge fluent Driving licence B
