You take a central role in the further development of our training quality and actively accompany our senior residencies on this path. · You accompany and support our practical instructions in the retirement residences and are in close contact with them · You support and empower our trainees in close cooperation with the practical instructions on site · You work closely with management and central quality management · You continuously develop our training concept · You support the implementation and further development of the training process · You regularly collect and analyze the level of training in the senior residencies · You are training our practical instructions and ensuring the implementation of the quality requirements as part of regular quality circles · You plan and accompany Azubi events and training events · You keep legal developments in mind and ensure their implementation in our QM system

· You are a nursing professional and practical manager with profound experience in this function · You have leadership experience (e.g. as PDL, EL or quality management) · Training and development of people are a real matter of heart for you · You work structured, think process-oriented and enjoy developing things sustainably · You are professionally up-to-date and know the relevant legal requirements · You communicate safely and value-estimating – also with our cooperating nursing schools · You bring flexibility and readiness to travel
