Cooperation: You work closely with the company's cooperation partners, communicate between employers and employees and advise companies on issues of severely disabled and rehabilitation law. This also includes participation in the business reintegration management process (BEM). Communication: Public relations, networking and cooperation with cost-beneficiaries are important elements of our work. Help us apply the IFD center! Safe space: You actively shape our respectful co-operation, implement our violence prevention concept in everyday life and stay up to date through regular training.

Qualification: completed study of social work, social education, rehabilitation, psychology or as a (state-approved) social workerin/social educationin Competences: professional experience in advising and supporting people with disabilities; Willingness to cooperate with the competent authorities and bodies On Top: independent and independent work; Joy in team collaboration
