DGUV's IT and Digitization Department (ITD) is approx. 100 employees responsible for all DGUV IT services and performs tasks for the accident insurance providers. It is divided into the departments of digitization and control, development and projects as well as infrastructure. This structure is supplemented by modern and agile working methods in matrix organization. Classic IT tasks such as the development of software, data center or user support characterize our daily work as well as cooperation in digitization issues with ministries and other social security institutions.

Recording, validation and clarification of new technical and legal requirements and developments in the EDA procedures Administration of EDA systems as well as first and second level support, including independent error analysis and correction at system level and qualified transfer to 3-rd level support Support and further development of our KIM (medical communication) and TI infrastructure including the technical support of connectors, card readers and other technical components Cooperation/subproject management in projects (e.g. FHIR) and support of product teams Advising internal and external stakeholders in technical and technical issues on the EDA procedures (e.g. national associations, gematics, software manufacturers, specialist bodies and expert rounds) Implementation of database queries

Completed university studies (Bachelor or Diplom-FH) in the field of information, health and Health care management or equivalent knowledge and experience Alternatively a completed vocational training with many years of experience in the field of work Good knowledge of German healthcare and SQL as well as experience in IT systems Designed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Team and communication strength as well as high service orientation Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
