Account Manager IT / Cloud (m/f/d)

Your own responsibility is your own customer portfolio – from the middle class to IT partners and resellers – and you develop it strategically

You advise IT leaders and decision-makers on modern cloud architectures, Microsoft 365, Azure and Security as well as the matching CSP license model

You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from demand analysis to up- and cross-selling to contract conclusion

With technically demanding topics, you work closely with presales and technology and develop tailor-made solutions

You control your sales activities and forecasts data-based via the CRM and keep your pipeline in mind

2–3 years of experience in the distribution of IT or cloud solutions – you have already passed the sales cycle yourself and know how to get financial statements

IT-close training/study or detectable IT-Affinity – you don't have to be a specialist, but understand what you're talking to the customer

Solid basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, ideally first touching Azure or Security – plus willingness to deepen your technical skills

Basic understanding for cloud business models (Subscription, MRR/ARR)

Secure appearance to customers and negotiation skills until completion

Structured, independent working, entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation

Very good German and good English skills

Enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies and digital business models
