You learn everything about the programming, control and commissioning of electrical systems. We make you a power grid allrounder: A part of your training is provided in addition to the vocational school in the apprenticeship workshop of our training partner, where you will also receive many basics and knowledge on the distribution network at the medium-voltage level. Your new colleagues from TransnetBW will show you how to prove yourself in the practice of the high-voltage world – from the substation to the free line road. Together with experienced trainers, you take care of the control, maintenance and commissioning of electrical systems in the high-voltage network – and work properly from the outset. How to continue after your training After your training, we offer you the direct entry as a free line or plant monster (m/w/d) in one of our teams. Together with us, you will ensure the power supply of eleven million people and make sure that every day in Baden-Württemberg is concerned with light.

You have at least one real school or a very good primary school degree. You have a very good technical understanding and can demonstrate good performance in science subjects, such as physics, and mathematics. You're crafted. You like to be out in the fresh air. You speak German at a native language level or at least B2 level.
