As a restaurant manager – Matsuhisa Munich you are responsible for the following tasks: • Responsibility for the smooth running at Matsuhisa Munich • Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the menu, wine map and current promotions • Holiday and service planning for both areas • Contact person for guest wishes and complaints • Control of Mise en Place for daily business • Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As a restaurant manager – Matsuhisa Munich we expect you: • Experience in a comparable working environment and in a leadership position • Representative leadership and social competence • Structured and organised working methods • Ability to work both in the team and independently • Very good communication skills in German and English
