You can do this with completed training:to master:in, technician:in or studies building or utility technology or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience with regard to real estate, repair and modernisation measures Knowledge of technical rules and standards in building and contract law Experience with tendering, awarding and building developments Good knowledge of German and English
