Project-related preparation, monitoring, quality control and settlement of conservation measures in the field of landscape management and road-related green Implementation of stocktakings of growth and medium-term planning of care measures Preparation of procurement procedures (proposals on the type of award, construction, costs, deadlines, etc.) as well as technical evaluation of submission results and supplements Implementation of building start-up consultations, project assignments of contractors and acceptance of contract-oriented services according to HVA B-StB Technical guidance, counselling and training of workers in motorway masters on landscape maintenance measures according to RAS LP 1 – 4 Planning, tendering and monitoring of tree checks and the organisation of emergency aids to eliminate damages by accidents/hazards

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diplom FH) in the field of landscape building/care or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience Knowledge of administrative, construction, road, transport, contract and environmental law and VOB (Parts B and C) Comprehensive expertise on the specific guidelines of road construction (HVA B-StB, ZTVLa-StB, RAS-LP, FLL Construction Control Directive) Safe application of structural regulations such as ZTV construction, ZTV plant and ZTV‐SA driving licence class B That would be desirable: Multiannual professional experience in the specific field of landscape care Knowledge in the field of road operations Knowledge in the field of road management and basic technical knowledge in road construction and construction engineering
