You carry out the largest business division of the gpe in terms of technical, human and economic aspects and are developing this strategically with a view to current requirements such as digitalization, sustainability and close to the labour market. You are responsible for the management and development of WfbM's offers, services and work processes in close cooperation with management staff as well as other educational and administrative staff. You take responsibility for quality assurance, budget management and compensation negotiations in the business sector and actively contribute to the overall economic development of the gpe. You design a team-oriented and forward-looking leadership culture and accompany structural change processes empathically, bindingly and clearly. You represent the business area to specialist authorities, service providers, associations, bodies and networks and cooperate in relevant committees and working groups.

You have an academic or professional qualification, ideally in an educational, social, economic or technical field. With your special educational additional qualification or your willingness to acquire it, you meet the requirements for the management of a recognized workshop for disabled people. You have a well-founded professional and management experience in the social economy – preferably in the social psychiatry or disability care – and have already proven themselves in complex management tasks. With your educational and business expertise, you can safely move in the control of social services. You convince by a safe occurrence, strong communication strength and a solution-oriented attitude and can attract employees as well as external partners for common goals.
