To strengthen our team we are looking for you as a project manager in the security technology customer service.

You take responsibility for a team of around 15 service technicians and, together with them, ensure reliable support for our maintenance customers. You are the central interface between customers, technicians and our company. With your technical know-how in security technology, your team will perform challenging tasks and support the disposition in the planning and coordination of service tasks. Together with customers and technicians, you develop fast and pragmatic solutions. If necessary, you are also occasionally on site and assist in technical disturbances or more complex situations. If you want to take responsibility, develop a team and stay close to the technology at the same time, you are right with us.

Support and organisation of maintenance contracts in the field of safety technology Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 15 service technicians Central contact for customers in technical and organizational questions Supporting participation in the coordination of service operations and troubleshoots Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances in complex special cases on site at the customer (if required) Development of solution-oriented approaches to customer concerns and challenging project situations

Complete training as an electronic, technician or master in the field of safety or electrical engineering Good knowledge of fire detection, intrusion, video and access control systems Experience in service or technical customer service Experience in coordinating or managing employees Structured and solution-oriented operation
