Ensuring scheduled and quality delivery: You make sure that national and international customers are delivered on time and in perfect quality, taking into account all customs and export requirements. Professional and disciplinary leadership: You guide the team in the shipping sector, promote the further development of employees and create a motivating working environment. Central interface: You act as the main contact partner for customers, forwarders, logistics service providers as well as internal departments and ensure smooth communication. Optimization of internal shipping processes: You continuously plan, control and improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and quality. Budget and cost responsibility: You take responsibility for the budget, control the costs and ensure economic efficiency. Compliance with legal requirements: You monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements, in particular in the field of transport, customs and export. You bring a completed training, for example as a merchant * for forwarding and logistics services, or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, you have a degree in logistics, supply chain management or business management. In addition, you have already gained extensive professional experience in the field of shipping, forwarding, transport logistics as well as in customs processing and have been ideally in a comparable position. Your mode of operation is characterized by solution orientation and aiming. You are safe in handling MS 365 and you are familiar with relevant tools such as TimoCom and ERP and warehouse management systems.
