Support of the project manager/object manager in commercial and administrative tasks Processing of correspondence, storage and office organization Reporting tasks and document management Acceptance of interference messages (telephone and written) Operation and maintenance of the CAFM system

Closed training as an office man/wife, businessman/wife for office communication or industrial businessman/wife Knowledge of SAP, CAFM and Planon are desirable, MS Office is required At least 3 years of professional experience Experience in Facility Management (FM) or Technical Building Equipment (TGA)
