Your tasks:

Your task:

• Creation and processing of invoices and offers in ERP systems such as SAP
• Maintenance of customer and supplier databases with CRM software
• Implementation of accounting including accounting and accounting of business incidents
• settlement of payment transactions and control of open items
• Create statistics and evaluations to support controlling
• Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments to clarify commercial issues

Your qualifications:

Your profile:

• Closed commercial training or comparable degree (e.g. industrial businessman:wife, office businessman:wife)
• Knowledge of the application of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel for creating complex tables and evaluations
• Knowledge of the use of CRM software for customer database maintenance
• Good German knowledge of word and writing and basic English skills
