Staff kitchen or (m/w/d)

Work tasks

• Preparation and output of food/purchasing and costing by instruction
• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and HACCP regulations
• Representation of the kitchen manager or single cooker
• Cleaning activities in the area of the kitchen as well as in the entire youth hostel
• Multifunctional use in other areas of the Youth Hostel

Our requirements for you Ideally, you have completed vocational training as well as professional experience in Community occupation. They are a team player and dominate others to motivate and inspire. They are flexible and quality-conscious. They are resilient and ready to pack with each other. In addition, you are service-oriented, tolerant and open minded in dealing with guest groups such as school classes, youth groups, associations, families. They can communicate sufficiently with the German language.

We offer We offer you a versatile and varied but also responsible position in the community of our Thuringian Youth Hostels with attractive and performance-oriented remuneration. A full-time job is provided for this task, but a part-time scheme would also be possible. We will see the start of work now.
