Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Self-operating and monitoring our production facilities together with up to six colleagues per shift Ensuring trouble-free production and continuous monitoring of process parameters Implementation of quality controls and documentation of production data Detection, analysis and repair of minor disturbances and maintenance support in complex technical problems Implementation of setup, cleaning and smaller maintenance work Participation in the continuous optimization of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency and safety Compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Ideally, first experience in the operation and monitoring of production plants Technical understanding and interest in modern production processes Self-employed, careful and responsible work Teamability, reliability and quality awareness Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
