End-to-end management for stable operation, further development and strategic orientation of our internal applications Planning, implementation and continuous optimization of applications along technical and technical requirements Ensuring high system availability, performance and stability and proactive identification of optimization potentials Analysis of requirements from the fields of expertise and translation into sustainable, scalable and economical solutions Creation and maintenance of technical specifications, operating documentation and structured process and system documentation Responsibility for change, release and incident management including risk analysis, test coordination, releases and rollouts Control and coordination of external service providers, software manufacturers and implementation partners as well as ensuring the agreed service quality Consulting internal stakeholders on application architecture, process improvements, interfaces and technical developments Support for users:in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as design and implementation of targeted training Development and maintenance of understandable user manuals, training documents and FAQs Close cooperation with internal teams in the field, infrastructure, IT service management and information security

Completed training or study in the IT field or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in application management, ideally in a responsible role Found experience in the support and development of corporate applications in a complex IT environment Very good technical know-how in the areas of interfaces, databases (SQL), web technologies, API management and system integration experience in handling ticket, ERP and IT service management systems; Knowledge in ITIL and common project methods are advantageous Embossed understanding of change, release, incident and problem management Safe feel for IT security, data protection, documentation and compliance requirements Ability to structur, prioritize and translate into sustainable technical solutions Communication strength, sovereign stakeholder management and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working High service orientation, sense of responsibility and joy in working with internal customers: both internal and external partners Ideally knowledge of the ERP application pds as well as experience in ERP-close application management
