Trainees as building materials testers for mortar and concrete technology as of 01.08.2026 (m/f/d)

In your training, you will learn how building materials – especially polymer concrete – are tested, analyzed and optimized. You are investigating raw materials, developing mixtures and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. In doing so, you carry out sampling, prepare it, apply various test procedures and evaluate the results. Another focus is on monitoring production processes and compliance with standards and regulations. You work closely with engineers – both in the laboratory and directly in production. You have fun on natural science themes and are passionate about practical laboratory activities? Then you're right with us! For entry into this training you should bring a good middle school degree. The vocational school is located in Beckum and takes place in block lessons. During this time, you will of course be accommodated at the expense of ACO on site.
