Your profile – so you can contribute Banking is your basis: You have a completed banking training and you already have experience in the credit or corporate customer business. Sales is yours: You have a pleasure in personal customer contact and convince with a secure, binding appearance. This gives you confidence and sustainably contributes to a high customer satisfaction. Communication is your strength: you communicate clearly, appreciate and at eye level. With convincing arguments and a pleasant conversation, you win your interlocutors: inside for your solutions. You trade in success-oriented: you work independently and proactively, set clear priorities and keep track of complex tasks. You follow your goals consistently and with a good sense of the needs of your customers. In the credit business you know: basics and relevant real estate standards are familiar to you. You can safely judge economic relationships and involve them in your decisions. Digital work is self-evident: You like to use digital and media solutions, find yourself in new applications quickly and are open to the use of new technologies – including AI-based tools. Ideally, you already have experience with OSPlus credit. Your Benefits Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD‐BT‐S. Your remuneration depends on the tariff regulations. You will be grouped into pay group 10 – this means a gross annual salary between € 57 000 and € 79 500 in the tariff level model, depending on the professional experience. In addition to the table fee, you receive the annual special payment or Special savings banks and other collectively regulated services.
