Mentor/in: You support our trainees in the company's own training workshop with a lot of commitment and empathy Knowledge mediators with a wide view: You plan and organize both theory and practice, control the progress of learning and accompany the trainees to the successful final exam Training with quality: You make sure that all training content is targeted – practical, comprehensible and at eye level Projects with effect: You develop and accompany exciting training projects – from idea to implementation Find talents: At training fairs, school visits or social media You young people for our professions and actively shape our training marketing Individual support: You identify potentials, support challenges and help trainees grow beyond themselves Networking & Cooperation: You work closely with schools, the IHK and other partners – always with the aim of raising our training to a new level

A completed training as a plant mechanic*in (SHK) or a comparable qualification – ideally with training as a master The training examination according to AEVO Knowledge and practical experience in plant mechanics Joy in dealing with young people and first experience in working with trainees – or the desire to actively engage in this role Responsibility, self-sufficiency and social competence – with a secure appearance and a clear, motivating communication Good MS Office knowledge and the willingness to develop professionally and personally JOBV1_EN
