You support our team as Werkstudent (w/m/d), CRM contract management support (for 6-12 months)

Support in the implementation and further development of the new CRM module for contract management Analysis of existing customer contact and account data to ensure accuracy and completeness Transfer of customer-related contracts to the CRM system Close cooperation with the CRM team, the sales process team and the respective account teams With the help of process documentation, process optimization and the creation of training materials (e-learning) Working with test activities (e.g. UAT) and feedback gab to improve the system Support in automation projects and testing for new process solutions

enrolled student (w/m/d) in a corresponding course of study, e.g. business management, project management, economics or the like Secure handling of common IT programs (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Outlook), first experiences with the MS Power Platform Interest in digital tools, automation and modern process solutions Good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Team-oriented, independent and proactive methods Ability to take responsibility and quickly get involved in new topics Embossed analytical thinking, accuracy and a high degree of detail orientation Ideally first experience or knowledge in contract management or with CRM systems
